GUARANTEE

A 5-year guarantee is granted to our customers as from the date of delivery EX WORKS, only if the glass application complies with the English standards about Construction Glazing Works. In virtue of this guarantee, TERMOLUX SA shall only be obliged to send the replacement pieces only if the original ones have not been damaged due to mechanical stress. Costs of glass disassembly and re-installation of replacement unit are not covered by this guarantee. Appearance differences due to the spun glass structure are TERMOLUX‘s distinctive features and cannot constitute an object of claim in any way whatsoever.

Termolux SA was founded in 1938 and has been working from the beginning on the manufacturing of special glasses which diffuse light.

After several years, the manufacturing of special glasses in the field of heat and noise insulation and of safety began. Furthermore, the main product which also gave the company its name has been developed further and, through this, the industrial applications have been also expanded to buildings of a high architectural value such as schools, museums and gymnasiums.
